Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost during transit:

  • We will replace your order at no cost, provided a correct shipping address was entered at checkout.

  • If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, a 15-day waiting period is required to confirm the parcel is officially lost. Our support team will keep you updated throughout the process.
