Shipping Process

Our shipping process is divided into 3 parts: Handling Time, Transit Time, and Total Delivery Time

Handling Time: All products require a production process. Therefore, our handling time is typically between 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time: Once your order is ready and has left our warehouse, the transit time is approximately 4 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total Delivery Time: 5-9 business days.

Order Cut-off Time

5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00) for same-day processing.

Courier Name

FedEx, UPS, and USPS (United States Postal Service) are our primary shipping carriers. The specific carrier for your order will be selected based on your location and package specifications to ensure optimal delivery service.

Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real time.

The item has never been received

Customers can contact us by email at Info@zlixy.store if they have never received the item. We will contact our shipping department and delivery agent to find out the status of the product and resolve the issue promptly.

Undelivered packages

Undelivered packages that are returned to our facility incur a fee for shipping and handling. Please note that returned packages have a storage period of seven days at our facility. Storage fees of $5 per day are charged thereafter. Unpaid charges may be forwarded to a debt collection service if they remain outstanding after 30 days.

Delivery delays

In the event of delivery delays, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or phone. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delays exceeding 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery window entitle you to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.

Changes to the delivery address

If you need to change the shipping address after the order has been shipped, please contact us directly as soon as possible at Info@zlixy.store. Please note that address changes may not always be possible, depending on the stage of delivery. Address change requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement.

Incorrect address

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to redeliver the package to the correct address.
